Pricing depends on the level of coaching you need. Once you apply and we have a quick chat, I'll give you all the details. There's no pressure and no hard sell. If it's right for you, great. If not, no worries.
Ideally, yes. Having access to a gym gives us the most options. But if you've got a decent home setup, we can absolutely make that work too. We'll cover this in your application.
Good, that means you know what doesn't work. The difference here is accountability, personalisation, and a plan that doesn't require you to live like a monk. Most of my clients have "tried everything" before. This is the thing that finally sticks.
Most clients notice real changes within 3-4 weeks. Clothes fitting better, more energy, stronger in the gym. Visible physical transformation typically shows from week 6-8 onwards. The key is consistency, and that's what I'm here to help with.
